Several Funerals During Past Week
Two deaths occurred east of Churubusco Sunday, that of Mrs. Ada McBride, wife of Calvin McBride,
which occurred at 1 o'clock p.m. in Allen County, and the second that of Albertus Henry Bosler,
who passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Verna Hatch, of Perry township, Allen County.
Mrs. Ada McBride was born in Whitley County on August 13, 1877, and at the time of her death was
65 years and 3 months old.
Mrs. McBride is survived by her husband and one daughter and five sons. They are Cecil of Chicago,
Forest of Noble County, Laurel of South Dakota, Roy of Brimfield and Raymond and Evelyn at home.
Two half-brothers, Mont and Frank Sheldon of Whitley county survive, as does her stepfather, Cassius [Cyrus]
Sheldon, also of this county.
The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Ari Church of God, Rev. Eishelman officiating.
Burial will be made in the Eel River Cemetery.
